Expect thoughtful questions, respectful observation, and a clear next step so you leave the visit knowing we understand your goals.

We combine hands-on building experience with practical budgeting to produce a comprehensive estimate that reflects the full scope of the job. We don’t gloss over trade items or hidden costs; instead we anticipate likely surprises, build contingency thinking into the budget, and offer options so you can control financial decisions while we manage construction. The result is a transparent, realistic picture of cost and scope that’s easy for you to act on.

 We walk you through the estimate line by line so you know exactly where dollars are being spent and why. This meeting creates clarity around materials, labor, allowances, and contingency, and gives you the chance to prioritize or adjust before anything starts. Our goal is to remove confusion and empower you to make confident choices.

Once approved, we translate the estimate into a practical construction plan. We create an approximate schedule and logistics map—worker access points, debris routes, dust barriers, porta restroom placement, and communication protocol for disruptions like power outages. We notify you well in advance of any changes that affect your daily life and design the site plan to minimize inconvenience from start to finish.

We start work and keep you informed every step of the way. After demolition we conduct a post-demolition walkthrough to surface any new findings and present any cost impacts before proceeding. We require your approval for all additional work so there are no unexpected bills. Throughout construction we keep the site tidy, safe, and respectful of your home.
